A Southeast Asian inspired cuisine. Owner/Chef, grew up with home cooked meals from is mother and father, who were refugees from Cambodia. Later on in his like he took numerous trips to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia and fell in love with the street food and culture. Paying homage to his parents ethnic cooking, he was inspired to bring the taste of his heritage to North Carolina.
