Bayside Chive – pork dumpling with Chinese chives, carrots and cabbage
Choy to the World– roasted crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, Taiwanese cabbage, bok choy, carrots and green onions
Braised Beef– Sweet braised beef with daikon, plum vinegar, and carrots, tossed in chili oil.

Sweet Chinese Sausage– Chinese-style pork sausage, sliced thin and fried crispy
Edamame – Soybeans in the pod. Tossed with kosher salt. Served hot, cold, or hot ‘n spicy
Soy Sauce Tea Egg – local egg, hard-boiled and slow braised with black tea, soy and spice!
Glass Noodles– potato starch noodles served with green onions and carrots in a spicy vinaigrette, served hot.
